Education is monumental in taking time to learn about issues from other communities without making individuals of those communities spend time teaching you. By learning about the histories and experiences of target groups, we can become better allies & advocates and work better together harmoniously.

Black Excellence.

Someone that is black and portrays great qualities and abilities that make the black community proud. Black excellence is an acknowledgement that we need to find smart ways to constantly lift ourselves up, until we are out of a place that has put us at a disadvantage for hundreds of years.  It’s up to us to put an end to it.

Social Inequality.

Social inequality refers to relational processes in society that have the effect of limiting or harming a group's social status, social class, and social circle. Social inequality can emerge through a society's understanding of appropriate gender roles, or through the prevalence of social stereotyping.Social inequality can also be established through discriminatory practices.

Entrepreneurship.

An entrepreneur is an individual who creates a new business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business/or procedures. He/She organizes, manages, and assumes the risks of a business or enterprise. In this role they become an agent of change. Entrepreneurship is the process of discovering new ways of combining resources.

Entrepreneurs create social change. They break tradition with unique inventions that reduce dependence on existing methods and systems, sometimes rendering them obsolete. Entrepreneurs invest in community projects and help charities and other non-profit organizations, supporting causes beyond their own.
